This Wiki was created to aid in the teaching and learning for Program Assistants at UM-Dearborn as they learn to process graduate applications (online and paper-based) using Oracle Banner. Transmission of process knowledge has been largely based on accurate information being passed down from one staff member to the next over the years. This Wiki hopes to record the process more formally and serve as a collaborative resource for Program Assistants to share best practices and how-to techniques.
Screenshot examples for online and paper-based applications are created with Banner Dev at UM-Dearborn with School of Education applications in mind, though the basic "how-to" content is applicable across units.
